Lee Supply – General Office Clerk

Position Summary
Lee Supply Company, Inc., a family-owned leader in Mining, Industrial, Municipal, and Environmental products since 1954 is looking for a General Office Clerk based out of their Headquarters in Charleroi, PA. Lee Supply Company offers an experienced based hourly pay rate which includes overtime. General duties include greeting visitors, answering phones, data entry, scanning, filing, and invoicing customers. Must be able to be organized and able to prioritize tasks and be proficient typing. Computer experience with Sage X3 is a plus, but not required. Additionally, Lee Supply Company offers a comprehensive benefits program including a profit-sharing 401K plan with Company matching contributions as well as a generous paid time off package.
Essential Functions
• Greeting visitors in front reception area
• Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system and direct callers to the correct party
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Enter sales orders into computer
• Enter purchase orders into computer
• Enter quotes into computer
• Scan documents for upload into computer
• Assist A/R billing clerk as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in written or verbal form
• Perform other duties as assigned
