He is a Penn State graduate who also served six years in the US Navy Reserve. He was an x-ray technician before deciding to further his education by attending New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Rupert is a member of the Charleroi Rotary Club and the Mon Valley Networkers. He has advanced training in multiple chiropractic techniques and is licensed to perform physiotherapies like electrical stimulation and ultra sound. Dr. Rupert also does his own x-rays in-house.
