Tri-County Realty, Inc. was established in February 1989. It was reorganized on July 1, 1995 when Armand N. Ferrara, Jr. became the sole stockholder and president of the corporation. Tri-County Realty, Inc. prides itself on its highly ethical approach to the real estate business and concerns for the satisfaction of all its consumers, whether they are buyers or sellers, lessors or lessees.
In August 1996, Coldwell Banker Tri-County Realty and Valleywide Realty merged, and in December 1997, ERA Skirpan Realty merged to form one of the leading residential firms in the Mon Valley. The mergers were completed to take advantage of the natural synergy and similar philosophies of the three companies, economics of scale, and to achieve market dominance. The two merging companies each shared long years of successful histories as residential brokerage firms. In February 2009 a merger was undertaken with Joseph Koval Real Estate in Washington, PA expanding the second location that opened in 2006. The Washington office is managed by Pamela Quattrone.
Armand Ferrara is President of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Charleroi Area School Authority, member of the Mon Valley Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Washington County Chamber of Commerce. He is also an instructor of Real Estate for Polley Associates.
The Coldwell Banker Tri-County Realty motto is “Real Estate, Real Easy.” Customers and clients can expect only the best when Tri-County Realty associates give their best to make the transaction an easy one.
